For All Orders
1) You pay for your order
2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
3) The fulfillment process begins.
Processing time is 1-3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Please note that the processing period is extended for Customized Wigs. Additionally, during sale periods, the processing time may extend to 5-10 business days.
4) After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created.
5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email containing your tracking number.
6) Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days in the US) and (6-10 business days internationally).
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time occurs only after the processing period has finished.
(United States) Expect delivery in Next Day - 3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail.
(International) It typically takes 4-10 BUSINESS DAYS via DHL. Keep in mind that this time does not include the processing period, and delays may occur during sale periods & holidays.

Is merchandise on hand or in stock?
Yes! Everything that's online should be in stock. We do not have a third-party drop-shipping company involved. We are all hands-on, which is why we are one of the top e-commerce boutiques in MARYLAND, USA.
REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, refunds and returns will not be issued. Since wigs are delicate and the time taken to manufacture our braided wigs is significant, we do not permit exchanges, returns, or refunds. If you receive a wrong order or a defective wig, we will issue a store credit after we receive the defective or wrong order. The nature of these products, including jewelry, dresses, and wigs, means they cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you wish to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase date. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, shipping usually takes 4-10 BUSINESS DAYS via DHL. We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center; a physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply, and it is essential to understand the potential customs fees in your country. Some locations require you to pay this fee before collecting your package. Additionally, if the package is held in customs, it may take an extra 1-5 days for inspection.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and you will not receive a refund for lost or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. All packages come with a tracking number, and USPS updates their system every time they handle your package. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM.
ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE!!!
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Credit
Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Yemtex Exclusives does not credit original shipping charges. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item if it is defective or a wrong order.
