Custom Orders

Please read carefully before submitting your request to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

At Yemtex Exclusives, every custom piece is thoughtfully designed and tailored to reflect your unique style. To maintain quality and exclusivity, we accept a limited number of custom orders each month. Early inquiries are strongly recommended.

There is no fixed base price for custom orders. Pricing varies depending on:

• Fabric selection 
• Design complexity 
• Detailing and finishing 

We work with your vision and budget to create something exceptional.

To get started, please submit your inquiry through our contact form and include the following details:

• Full Name 
• Phone Number 
• Location 
• Detailed Description of Your Desired Outfit
  (Color, style, fabric, occasion, fit, etc.) 
• Budget Range 

To help us better understand your vision, you may also:

• Share inspiration images 
• Provide your whatsapp number for easier communication (optional) 

At Yemtex Exclusives, every custom piece is crafted with precision, intention, and attention to detail. Below is our step-by-step process to ensure a seamless and elevated experience. 

 Your journey begins with a consultation to fully understand your vision.

• In-Person Consultation Fee: $25 (non-refundable, does not apply toward garment cost) 
• Measurements will be taken 
• Discussion of design, fabrics, and materials 
• Review of inspiration and/or rough sketch 

You will receive a preliminary estimate during this stage. Final pricing will be confirmed once fabrics are sourced.
Pricing is based on materials + labor.

 We carefully source fabrics to match your desired look and quality.

• Timeline: 1–4 weeks (Bridal or specialty fabrics may take 3–4 weeks or longer, especially for international sourcing) 
• You will receive 3–4 fabric options via email or Instagram 
• Fabric swatches (if available): $3 per swatch 

Note: Some delicate fabrics may not have swatches available but will be presented with the clearest visuals possible.

Once fabrics are selected, your final design price will be confirmed.

 To begin production:

• 50% deposit is required (non-refundable, as it covers materials) 
• Remaining balance is due at final fitting or upon completion 

Accepted Payment Methods: Invoice or approved payment platforms

Before cutting your final fabric, we create a mock version to perfect your fit.

• Initial fitting will be scheduled 
• Adjustments are made to ensure accuracy before final production 

Please bring:

• Undergarments you plan to wear 
• Shoes (or similar heel height)

 Your garment is carefully cut and constructed using the finalized design.

• You will receive an estimated completion date 
• Next fitting appointment will be scheduled

• Additional fittings may be required depending on your garment 
• Final adjustments are made 
• Balance must be paid in full before delivery or pickup 
• Final approval signature is required

All garments are made-to-order and tailored specifically for you. As a result:

• All sales are final 
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design details
